Job Description
Join ConnectX as a Business Development Manager! In this role, you will:
- Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling, and other sources.
- Create and close new business opportunities for the company.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through various channels.
- Generate client awareness and preference for our services.
- Build compelling business transformation propositions and present to prospects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Experience: 4-7 years relevant experience, including 3 years in the BPO industry.
