Job Description
Join Abacus Consulting as a Customer Support Executive and manage customer service inquiries for our international clients via phone and email. Your role will include identifying customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, and following communication guidelines.
Applicants should possess good English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Prior experience in international customer support or call centers is a plus. Flexibility in shifts is essential, with female candidates given priority for morning shifts.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position with a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month. Note, remote work is not available.
