Job Description
We are hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for our UK-based company, Call Cafe, specifically for the NIGHT SHIFT. Walk-in interviews are currently being conducted!
We seek energetic candidates who excel at communication and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities include interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat while responding to inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
Requirements: Intermediate level of English fluency, with 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Shift: 12 PM to 8 AM. Salary: Rs 45,00 to Rs 55,00, plus incentives.
