Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Interwood Mobel. The ideal candidate will handle complaints and queries from walk-in clients, ensuring timely acknowledgment and updates.
Responsibilities include analyzing complaints, preparing daily reports, and coordinating after-sales services. A Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of customer service experience are preferred.
