Job Description
A reputed telecom company is seeking a Customer Support Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Follow up with the operations team on fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults for respective regions.
- Execute any special tasks assigned during duty.
Qualifications:
- Education: Inter/Bachelor’s (Required)
- Experience: 1 year in call center with a UK-based campaign (Required)
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month, with an incentive up to Rs15,00.
