Job Description
Rising Star Marketing, based in Canada, is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative for our call center in Rawalpindi. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a decent income each month, especially if you have exceptional English speaking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through telephone calls, processing orders under automation controls.
- Assist in pricing quotes and orders, and follow up on customer credit claims.
- Manage bookkeeping procedures and assist with billing and invoices.
- Handle incoming calls and various administrative tasks.
