Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions.
- Conduct meetings to discuss technical solutions.
- Data entry across various platforms.
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 5 years of office experience preferred.
