Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and versatile IT Assistant to join our team at COTHM. This role involves providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and delivering lectures on computer basics and IT-related topics to students.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT support and/or teaching is preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and basic programming.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
