Job Description
Join the UWorx Group as a Human Resources Associate! We are seeking a dedicated individual with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of HR experience within a software/IT company and proficiency in HRMS systems.
Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support for HR projects, managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, implementing company-wide HR policies, and ensuring accurate timesheet verification. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential as you collaborate with various stakeholders and assist in recruitment efforts.
