Job Description
Join SPOGEN (Pvt) Ltd as a Deputy Manager in HR Compliance Assurance & Training. We are looking for a candidate with an MBA in HRM or a Master’s in any relevant field. You should have 3-5 years of experience in HRM and Organizational Development, with a solid understanding of Quality Management Standards such as ISO9001.
Your role includes processing and maintaining personnel documentation, explaining company policies, conducting internal compliance investigations, and providing employee training. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
The salary ranges from $60,00 to $70,00 per year.
