Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries and claims processing related to home warranty coverage.
Requirements:
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Preferred: Six months of experience
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work night shifts
Salary: Up to Rs 100,00 per month, with an attractive package and bonuses.
