Job Description
FinLeap Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries through APP online consultations, phone calls, and emails, providing timely and accurate responses. You will communicate regularly with the business group, reporting common customer issues and developing optimization plans for business improvement.
Qualifications:
– Age: 20-30 years, with junior high school education or above.
– Strong analytical and judgment skills, excellent communication abilities, and willingness to make calls.
– Familiarity with office software like Excel and Word.
– Flexibility in scheduling.
– Proficient in Urdu and English.
