Job Description
Join the Cybernet Division of the Lakson Group of Companies as a Field Technician-Access. In this role, you will be responsible for activating customers through the complete installation of fiber optic equipment, cable laying, and equipment maintenance. You will also handle on-site complaints, ensure timely service restoration, and work with GPON technology.
We are looking for passionate individuals under 32 years old (36 for Supervisor) with a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or equivalent. Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, integrity, and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
