Job Description

Overview:

Rexen Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Supplier Relations Officer to foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers. This role ensures seamless communication and drives efficient problem-solving to support our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Build and maintain long-term relationships with truckers and suppliers.

– Act as the primary contact for addressing queries and resolving issues.

– Negotiate competitive rates while ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree preferred.

– 2+ years of relationship management or B2B sales experience.

– Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
