Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production support and development using IBM Mainframe languages, including COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2.

Key qualifications include:

• Proficiency in file/record management (VSAM, TAPE, DASD MVS, etc.)
• Experience with tools like Changeman, Endevor, and FTP
• Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
