Job Description
The QA Manager will oversee the quality of calls made by our agents. This role necessitates a strong IT background to manage technical aspects, ensuring our team has the tools for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement QA processes and standards for call evaluations.
- Monitor quality of customer interactions.
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents.
