Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to join our team at GFS Builders and Developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that collection targets are met according to our collection strategy. Daily follow-ups with clients are essential, along with maintaining comprehensive logs of all interactions.
The Recovery Officer will also manage and record all settlement agreements with customers and monitor Recovery Agents to ensure assigned accounts are fully recovered. Additionally, the role involves diligently following up on major debtor accounts through calls, demand notices, or other appropriate means.
