Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide dedicated support to our CEO in a leading manufacturing and export company. This role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, communications, and operational activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes.
- Screen calls and maintain a filing system.
Pay: Rs60,00 – Rs70,00/month
