Job Description
Oven n Grill, a fast food restaurant, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team. In this role, you will take orders, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience. Strong Urdu communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours
Shift 1: 11 am to 7 pm
Shift 2: 7 pm to 3 am
Job Type: Onsite/Office Based
Language: Urdu and English
