Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for the night shift (6:00 PM to 1:00 AM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Human Resources with experience in a BPO environment.

Key responsibilities include managing employee records, payroll, benefits, recruitment processes, and employee performance.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, prior HR Manager experience, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
