Job Description
Shan Communications is looking for motivated individuals to kickstart their careers as Full-time Night Shift Self Verifiers. In this fast-paced role, you will handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and recommend additional services when appropriate.
- Document interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma, 18+ years old.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
