Job Description
Alpha Innovative Solution is looking for an HR Cum Admin professional to integrate human resource management with administrative functions. The ideal candidate should excel in recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and managing office operations.
Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment, manage onboarding, administer policies, maintain confidential employee records, oversee office supplies, assist with payroll, and perform general admin tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, proven HR experience, understanding of labor laws, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
