We are seeking an experienced Accommodation/Facilities Manager who possesses a Graduate degree in Hotel Management Technology or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience managing a multi-national workforce in a large FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and administer all accommodation activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement individual training programs for staff.
- Exhibit strong general management and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably have a background in HR.
