Job Description
Join our team at Abacus Consulting as a Customer Service Specialist! Your primary responsibilities will include providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat, managing multiple chat sessions, and efficiently resolving customer issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Document interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes.
Job Requirements:
- A Levels/Intermediate or above.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
Working Hours: US timings (5 days a week).
