Job Description
Reall Time is hiring for its Customer Service Department! We are looking for dedicated individuals to enhance our customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess basic to strong phone handling skills and have active listening abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Responsibilities include resolving customer complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media, assisting with orders, refunds, or exchanges, and managing account changes. Night shifts and overtime may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month. Candidates with Call Center experience will be prioritized.
