Job Description
HostNext Private Limited, an IT-enabled company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product/service information and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
