Key Responsibilities:
- Gather client feedback through calls.
- Follow up on services with clients.
- Document client responses for improvements.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the team on suggestions.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and prior customer service experience.
Timings: 9 hours (morning & evening shifts)
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Pay: Rs30,00 – Rs35,00 per month + incentives.
