Job Description
We are seeking a professional and skilled Telephone Operator (English language) to join our dynamic team at Stock Exchange Consulting International. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls, provide exceptional customer service, and represent our organization with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Route calls to appropriate departments.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
