Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Head to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals.
Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, designing performance management systems, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or MBA in HR, a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in a manufacturing setup.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month.
