Job Description
Be a key player in building and maintaining profitable relationships with our valued customers. You will oversee customer interactions, resolve complaints efficiently, and keep customers informed about our latest products. Your role includes expanding our customer base through upselling and cross-selling while understanding individual needs.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience, preferably in retail. Excellent communication skills and Microsoft application proficiency are essential. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
