Job Description:

• Resolve assigned complaints on CSMs & ATMs within defined TAT.
• Install ATMs & CSMs.
• Execute precise troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
• Prepare analytical reports & documentation for Line Manager.
• Achieve 100% PM for UPS, ATMs, and G&D.
