Job Description
Overview: Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is seeking friendly, detail-oriented Female Call Center Agents to join our student services team. You will assist prospective and current students with inquiries related to our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities include responding to calls about programs, assisting with applications, maintaining student records, and handling escalated concerns.
Requirements: High school diploma required; previous experience preferred. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential.
