Job Description
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Admission Advisors (Call Center Agents) to join our admissions team. You will assist prospective students during their application journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Provide Application Assistance
- Share Information on Admission Processes
- Conduct Follow-up Calls
- Perform Data Entry Tasks
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
