Job Description
Join our team at Grand City Developing as a Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through various channels, providing detailed information about our products and services, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1-2 years of customer service experience. Experience with international clients is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a salary of Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month.
