Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead to proactively manage efficient team delivery and achieve business targets. In this role, you will oversee business processes within the team, resolve escalated inquiries, conduct return-to-work interviews, and perform call monitoring to ensure quality service.
Your responsibilities will include conducting staff appraisals, maintaining training and development plans, managing team retention levels, and providing constructive feedback. You will disseminate important information from client contacts to your team.
This position is a contract role for 11 months, with a salary ranging from Rs 60,00.00 to Rs 70,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
