Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers via calls and social media while providing accurate information regarding services, pricing, and terms.
2. Prepare quotations, manage scheduling, and coordinate with operational teams.
3. Address customer inquiries promptly through various channels.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support.
Job Specification:
