Job Description
ConnectX is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer relations. Your responsibilities will include managing large volumes of incoming phone calls, generating sales leads, and identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Applicants should have a high school diploma, 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, and possess excellent communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
