Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence. In this full-time position, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
- Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Monitor and engage with our audience on social media, addressing feedback professionally.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 1 year as a Social Media handler preferred
