Job Description
Noah Tech is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience and possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments.
- Organize travel plans, including flights and accommodations.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare materials for meetings and take minutes.
- Maintain documents with confidentiality.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
