Job Description
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Admission Advisors (Call Center Agents) to enhance our admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Assist applicants with their application process.
- Share information about our programs.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
