Job Description
IZOC Solutions is seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to join our team in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will provide first-level user support for hardware and software issues, install and maintain IT equipment, assist with network troubleshooting, and monitor network performance.
Ideal candidates should hold a degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in network engineering. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential.
