Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited Islamabad is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Responsibilities:
– Manage customer calls in both languages
– Provide accurate product/service information
– Process orders, returns, and cancellations
– Maintain customer records
– Meet customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
– Fluency in Urdu and English
– High school diploma
– 1-2 years in customer service
