Job Description
Zcom Pvt Ltd is looking for a qualified Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Your role will involve managing the CEO/Chairman’s calendar, handling correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments and the calendar.
- Handle correspondence and communications.
- Organize meetings and maintain minutes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with special projects and research.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (Required)
- 5 years of Executive Secretary experience (Required)
- Strong communication skills; multitasking ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
