Job Description
Organization: DreamBig Semiconductor Inc.
Salary: Negotiable
Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (9 AM to 6 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee benefits, payroll, and performance systems.
- Develop HR policies compliant with legislation.
- Address employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Maintain employee records for labor law compliance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
