The Junior Customer Service Representative will conduct outbound calls to promote our products, address inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will build relationships, resolve complaints, and aim for sales targets, while accurately logging customer data in our CRM system.
Qualifications: 1 year of CSR experience, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
