Job Description
Recruitment Empire is seeking a dedicated Call Quality Agent. Responsibilities include conducting English language assessments, daily call quality monitoring, coaching staff on spoken English, and providing UK culture-specific customer service training.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in English Literature or a related field, with 4-5 years of experience in English teaching (IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English Exams preferred). Proficiency in UK English is essential.
We offer health insurance, paid leaves, and opportunities for learning. Working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM at DHA1, Sector F, Rawalpindi.
