Job Description
Aims Technologies, Pakistan’s leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking a full-time Personal Staff Officer. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules with the CEO, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Previous Executive Assistant experience is preferred.
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00/month, company phone and laptop, travel allowances, and a pathway to senior roles in three years.
Travel to Islamabad, Lahore, and Faisalabad is required, along with a 3-year service commitment.
