Job Description
Nexus Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help build, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to our remote customers via call, ticket, or chat.
Your responsibilities will include configuring and troubleshooting Unix and Windows platforms, managing and monitoring infrastructure, and maintaining security protocols. You will also work with developers to optimize application performance and write custom scripts to enhance system efficiency.
Requirements include a BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field, 2 years of experience with Windows/UNIX/Linux, and proficiency in application stack administration.
