Job Description

AA Exchange (Private) Limited is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will assist in developing personnel policies and procedures to be implemented by the Human Resource Manager.

Your responsibilities include planning and designing new methods for enhancing the HR/organizational climate, overseeing compensation and benefits policies, and ensuring compliance with HR policies alongside the HR Manager.

Additionally, you will compile annual evaluations of employees and facilitate promotion or removal processes for the Board’s approval.

Salary: Rs13,00.00 – Rs15,00.00 per month
