Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited Islamabad is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Provide support and resolve issues in Urdu and English
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Meet customer satisfaction and resolution targets
Requirements: Fluent in Urdu and English, high school diploma, and 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
